China Ups Investment In Australia, Law Firms In Workflow Boosts

Thanks to Chinese investors, there has been a phenomenal upturn in work, along with a positive impact on workflow on law firms in big cities of southern-eastern Australia.

According to Andrew Johnson, head of the Mills Oakley property team in Brisbane Chinese capital is now flowing into Brisbane and the Gold Coast area to buy property at an unseen rate. Mr. Johnson claims that he cannot see the pace of investment slowing down before the end of 2016. The purchasing intent of Chinese investors is up 17 per cent in Q2 2015 compared to the same period in 2014, according to Juwai.com.
